There's a Troll in the Dungeon Self-Striping Sock (3) - 75/25 SW Corriedale/Nylon - Squoosh 2.0 Base

If you've got a troll infestation, it might be time to move. Along the way, why not knit a pair of socks to remember the occasion? This skein features stripes in trollish shades of green, bronze-y green and brown. The second picture is a representation of how this colorway may work up when knit into a sock-sized garment.

It was dyed on our new Squoosh 2.0 base, 75% SW Corriedale, 25% Nylon, 383 yards, fingering weight, 6.5-8 stitches per inch on US 0-2 needles. Corriedale is a harder wearing wool than Merino while still maintaining a softness than is comfortable for garments. This base is a perfect workhorse yarn for the hand-knit sock lovers in your life who may be a little hard on their socks.

Recommended care: Though this is a superwash wool and can be machine washed, we recommend hand washing in cool water and then air dry flat.

All of our yarns and fibers are individually hand-dyed using professional grade acid dyes. Colorway names are consistent between yarns/fibers dyed with the same dye colors, however color strengths can (and likely will) vary between skeins and between different bases.

We make every effort to assure the colors in our photos are as accurate as possible, but please note that colors can vary from monitor to monitor.
